I had a lovely day with Ralph and Lois. I was asked to go and photograph them by their daughter. I don't suppose they knew what to expect having a photographer coming into their home. They welcomed me with tea and we sat down and had triangle sandwiches for lunch. We went around the house and they showed me their different trinkets and belongings. It was so calm and the light was beautiful. They were so "together" it was special.. These are some of my favourite pictures. The feeling of being so welcomed floods back to me.
